Only the second half of the film remains, but it shows Stan, a Robin Hood‑type hero in a medieval walled town, being chased by an army of knights. Both he and his pursuers ride in comical half‑horse costumes instead of real steeds. In a Fairbanks‑style showdown, Stan fights dozens of swordsmen, defeats his rival in single combat, and is wed to the princess in a formal ceremony.
