Keiko, a newly hired weather presenter, tries to revive her station’s slipping ratings by flashing a panty shot during her forecast, lifting her skirt to seize viewers’ attention. Her stunt sparks a frenzy of audience curiosity, but it also provokes Kaori, the ambitious chairman’s daughter, who will stop at nothing to wrest control of the weather segment.
