Keiko Nakadai is an office lady at ATV who seems to be stuck at the bottom of the network until one night changes everything. When she steps in for weather reporter Michiko Kawai for a single shift, she grabs the chance to push boundaries by briefly exposing her lingerie on live television, and the bold move sends the evening news ratings soaring. Sensing a rare opportunity, the desperate network promotes her to full-time weather forecaster, moving Michiko aside. What follows is a look at the backstage chaos and the escalating rivalries with coworkers who feel threatened or slighted by her rapid rise.

The show leans into sexually charged, sorority-style humor aimed at a young male audience, painting a picture of a culture where exhibitionism and suggestive wardrobe choices become a weapon and a status symbol. Keiko is portrayed as openly exhibitionistic, using her sex appeal to win the job and keeping her edge by regularly appearing on-air in lingerie. TheOVA concludes with a sequence of stripping and public humiliation directed at Michiko, a moment that cements Kaori’s acceptance of Keiko’s lifestyle and deepens the film’s exploration of consent, control, and power. Kaori begins to lean into the lifestyle herself, and she attempts to draw Michiko into intimate acts with her, while Keiko watches from the sidelines with a knowing smirk.
