During the Second World War in August 1942, six Jewish children attempt to escape the Nazis. They find refuge within Chambord Castle, a location also secretly storing paintings from the Louvre and private collections. While the resistance provides sanctuary, German forces search the castle, seeking to seize the hidden artwork. The children's survival depends on staying hidden amidst the dangerous search.
