Invited by Oyuki, Lum and her friends travel to Neptune, where she shows a ranch of flying sherbet birds that spit cones from their beaks. Ran convinces her to borrow one to sell on Earth, but the overheated bird escapes, attacks Ran and Lum, and damages Benten’s bike. Ran must recapture it before Benten blasts it away and before Oyuki learns.
