Born into a difficult family, Morrison’s boxing career gained momentum with a role in "Rocky V" and culminated in a victory against George Foreman, earning him the WBO heavyweight title. However, his promising future was tragically cut short at age 27 when he tested positive for HIV, forcing his retirement.
