Tom and Jerry: The Movie

The family moves to a new house, and Tom is distracted by Jerry's antics. He is accidentally left behind by the moving van and must chase after it. A bulldog attacks him, forcing Tom to hide in an empty house.

The next morning, the empty house is demolished by a wrecking ball, leaving Tom and Jerry homeless. They are forced to wander the streets with no shelter. The sudden loss pushes them to seek safety elsewhere.

Tom and Jerry wander the streets and encounter a stray dog named Puggsy and his flea companion Frankie. They discover they can all speak, and they decide to team up to survive. Tom, however, is wary of trusting a new alliance.

While the group searches for food, Puggsy and Frankie are taken away by dogcatchers. Tom and Jerry must cope with the setback and consider how to rescue them. The loss shows the dangers of the street.

Tom confronts a hostile group of singing alley cats. Jerry manages to booby-trap them and traps them in a sewer. The moment highlights the oddities of their world and their team effort.

Tom and Jerry meet Robyn Starling, a runaway girl whose father is believed dead. Her wicked guardian Aunt Figg and her lawyer Lickboot see Robyn as a source of wealth. A local police officer briefly reunites Robyn with her home.

Figg allows Tom and Jerry to stay, but a food fight with Ferdinand triggers her anger. They discover a telegram confirming Robyn's father's survival in Tibet. Figg decides to send them to her animal trafficker, Dr. Applecheek.

Tom and Jerry join Puggsy and Frankie to release the captured animals using a nearby control panel. They strengthen their bond with Robyn and commit to helping her. The act frees the animals held by Figg's circle.

Tom and Jerry return to Robyn and inform her that her father survived the avalanche. This revelation spurs them to pursue a reunion and a possible rescue. The trio grows more determined to find him.

Robyn, Tom, and Jerry set out on a raft to find Robyn's father, but the journey is interrupted when the raft is struck by a ship and splits. Back on land, Figg and Lickboot place a bogus $1 million bounty on Robyn. Captain Kiddie and his parrot Squawk detain Robyn on a Ferris wheel and contact Figg to claim the bounty.

Meanwhile, in Tibet, Robyn's father learns of her situation and flies back to America to find her. He arrives by helicopter to rescue Robyn just as danger closes in. His return shifts the balance of power in the pursuit.

Tom and Jerry rescue Robyn from her pursuers and escape on a paddle steamer while Figg, Lickboot, Ferdinand, and others pursue. Applecheek falls from a bridge during the chase, and the villains are arrested after Robyn's father arrives. Tom and Jerry are offered a new life at Robyn's luxurious villa.
