To avoid the perils of manned space travel, Professor Nordstrom builds an AI robot to pilot a starship and equips it with a telepathic device that reads and feels emotions. The robot forms a psychic bond with the professor’s ten‑year‑old grandson, Gadge. When agents abduct Gadge, the robot defends him, unleashing an emotion‑driven rampage on the kidnappers.
