Radha and his gang, with the support of ACP Ramachandran, outline a plan to rob Your Bank, one of Chennai's largest privately owned banks. They target ₹500 crores during the Governor’s party at his residence on 21 May. The team assigns roles and builds the inside network needed to pull off the heist.

Radha's crew hijacks the bank, catching the authorities off guard. Inside, a mysterious man nicknamed Michael Jackson and his partner Kanmani shape the operation and blunt the first assault. The initial confrontation ends with the hijackers seemingly in control, setting a multi-sided crisis in motion.

Jackson offers to help rob ₹5000 crores in exchange for a share of the money, tapping into Radha's greed. Radha's gang reluctantly agrees, hoping the extra haul will secure their future. The alliance expands beyond the original ₹500 crores target as plans converge on ₹5,000 crores.

Radha and his men discover the bank locker contains only ₹1,510 crores, not the windfall they expected. Their anger and greed flare, and they consider killing Jackson, only to be thwarted by Jackson's cunning and resistance. The atmosphere inside the bank becomes more volatile as trust collapses.

Jackson insists that Antony alias Anto, a police constable, be the negotiator, steering conversations with Dayalan and Radha's crew. He uses a voice changer to imitate Michael Jackson, keeping the media and public convinced he is the real renegade. The deception complicates the crisis and fuels the media narrative.

Ramachandran makes a dangerous move, attempting to kill Jackson with a sniper. Jackson responds by triggering an explosion in a car parked near the bank, widening the emergency. The standoff escalates as the city braces for a full-scale siege.

Media leaks alert Dayalan, the city commissioner, forcing him to intervene. Inspecting the bank, he and his team uncover explosives disguised as fire extinguishers and realize a third team has infiltrated the premises. The discovery shifts the crisis from a heist to a high-stakes security breach.

Kanmani trails a van guided by Jackson, destroying it to prevent capture. Her actions expose Ramachandran's involvement to Dayalan, who interrogates the ACP about his role. The investigation tightens around the conspirators as the bank danger lingers.

Ramachandran confesses that he plotted the heist with his childhood ally Shyam, the Tamil Nadu Branch Head of Your Bank. He had tried to hire Dark Devil but failed, then enlisted Radha's gang to complete the job. Bugs planted on Dayalan's base relay the confession to Radha and Kanmani, turning allies into informants.

Dark Devil recounts a Bangkok heist in a flashback, where Jijo and Achara planned to marry but were ambushed by Krish and Shyam. The killers faked their deaths to protect a larger stash. This backstory reveals long-standing vendettas and sets the stage for the present confrontation.

Kanmani captures Shyam, advancing the investigation. Dayalan uncovers that Valavan wired the drainage explosives and learns that Dark Devil's team were believed dead months ago. The revelation reframes the crisis as a tangle of past betrayals and hidden loyalties.

Krish asserts control over the bank plot, orchestrating a live broadcast that frames Dark Devil as a terrorist. Dayalan is suspended as the truth leaks out. Meanwhile, a deeper search reveals a wider financial web behind the heist, complicating loyalties.

Dark Devil and Radha's team open the bank's secret locker only to find the money counterfeit. Krish then reveals that the real stash is spread across 25 of 1,500 containers aboard his ship, which he secretly records as proof of his wealth. A tense firefight erupts as commandos fire back and the bank is badly damaged.

Kanmani arrives in a fire truck packed with RDX and threatens to detonate unless hostages are freed. Dark Devil, Kanmani, and the surviving allies flee toward a boat, with Radha's gang joining the escape by sea. A running gun battle with commandos and coast guards ends with them slipping into the water.

In the post-credits moment, Dark Devil and Kanmani fake their deaths and disappear into international waters using sea scooters. Dayalan and his team board a helicopter to the ship and discover the ₹25,000 crore stashed away, closing the loop on Krish's scheme and the bank's darkest secrets.
