After milk splashes and a fierce altercation, she ends up in the house pool, and the night spirals into a tumult of bravado and risk. As the days unfold, Babi learns that Katina—her friend in the social circle—has begun dating Pollo, another member of the street crowd, a development that forces Babi to confront the growing tension between her world and H’s. The tension escalates when Katina attends the street race at the port, leaves her phone behind, and ends up entangled with H’s rival, El Chino, in a turn of events that casts a shadow over the entire night. When the race ends, the police pull both H and Babi into the spotlight, and the resulting headlines threaten to upend the delicate balance of Babi’s carefully curated life.

A pivotal moment arrives when Babi dares to skip school for a date with H. A tense sequence unfolds, beginning with a confrontation at a traffic jam with H’s mother and her boyfriend, then easing into a more intimate, secluded moment. They steal away to an empty beach house—an image that Babi had once dreamt of owning—where they share a charge of passion. But the day’s romance gives way to coercive control: H blackmails her teacher to alter her grades and uses Pepito, her pet dog, as leverage to keep her silent. This dark turn underscores the precarious balance between affection and manipulation in their relationship.

Tensions spike further when Pollo and the gang break into Babi’s home during a private moment, forcing Babi to push H away for a time. The emotional fallout is heavy: H becomes both heartbroken and angered, and their on-and-off struggles intensify. On Katina’s and Babi’s results day, relief comes from passing exams, but the victory is tempered by the real-world consequences of their choices. Pollo ultimately proposes to Katina after a late-night race, and H is drawn into the moment as a witness to a future that may never be.

In the wake of these events, Babi discovers Pepito’s held hostage by H, a revelation that shatters the fragile trust between them. She intervenes, making it clear that H must step back for a while. The relationship fractures, and the parties spiral into a stark emotional coldness. A few months pass, and Christmas arrivals bring sorrow: Pollo and Katina are caught in a fatal crash, leaving Pollo dead and Katina to mourn the loss of her partner. The tragedy drives a wedge between Babi and H, with Babi deciding to break away from the street world that had entangled them both.

As H grapples with guilt and grief, he sees that the life he once chased may not lead to what he actually wants. He shares his pain with his brother, and gradually, the decision to change his path takes root. In a quiet, poignant turn, he chooses to move to London for work, a move that signals a final, hopeful relinquishing of the old life. The film closes with H and his brother riding away on a motorcycle, leaving behind the beach where so many memories were formed, and stepping forward toward an uncertain but necessary future.
