Ken Mercado (Will Yun Lee), a homeless veteran by the Los Angeles River, is chased by masked men in black vehicles unseen by ordinary eyes. Passersby think he’s paranoid or ill, but the film shows he’s the target of a government conspiracy. The attackers are visible to him but only intermittently to the audience, ending with an alien ship overhead.
