Professor Bosco, a down‑on‑his‑luck flea trainer, rents a cheap bed in a flophouse. He carefully settles his beloved fleas for the night, but a clumsy knock sends the box tumbling, letting the insects run wild and torment the neighbors. Bosco whips them back into the container, only for a stray dog to stumble in, open the box again and unleash fresh chaos.
