A highway project is set to cut through the grounds of a garage cooperative, prompting the members to convene a special meeting aimed at reducing the number of workshops. The board and chair have already arranged the outcome, so the resolution passes easily—until an anonymous member locks the meeting‑room door and the key disappears, halting the proceedings.
