On the rain‑slick streets of a bleak metropolis, the bodies of countless boys and girls lie unburied, forbidden by a draconian law of the authoritarian State. Defying this edict, the determined young Antigone teams with the outsider Tiresias, risking everything out of pietas to give the dead a proper resting place and to challenge the oppressive order.
