Marco, a young butcher, accidentally kills a taxi driver. When his girlfriend Paula insists on involving the police, he murders her to protect himself. Suspicion from his brother, the brother’s fiancée, and his father forces Marco to eliminate them as well, disposing of the bodies in the slaughterhouse. Each murder drags him deeper, and he hopes the slaughterhouse’s cold steel will hide the bodies forever.
