Fast forward fifteen years, Tom has grown into a young adult living in San Francisco alongside his grandmother. As he navigates his identity in a culturally rich city, he begins to face complications stemming from the traditional charms in their home.

After encountering a local bully, Tom inadvertently unleashes a powerful mystical force by damaging the protective barriers surrounding their home. This catastrophic event allows the dark energies to re-emerge, endangering both him and his grandmother.

Sensing a disturbance in the spirit world due to the released dark forces, Mr. Hu, the courageous tiger of the Zodiac Warriors, steps in to assist Tom and Mrs. Lee. He becomes a critical ally as they confront the challenges that resurface.
