A deranged criminal mastermind known as “The Tiger” goes on a bloody rampage, leaving a trail of murders. When a man is falsely accused of the killings, he must clear his name by uncovering the true killer’s identity, outwit a skeptical police force, and bring the ruthless murderer to justice.
