Mino, a childish noble, lives in a crumbling castle with his mother and housekeeper Marta, sharing a morbid fascination with taxidermy. His fiancée Laura provokes the women’s jealousy; Marta sabotages Laura’s car, causing her death. Mino drags the corpse back, descends into madness and murders a stripper and a prostitute, while Marta helps conceal the bodies. A year later, Laura’s twin sister Daniela arrives at the castle, reopening the nightmare.
