In the dystopian streets of Otomo City, where justice has withered and conspiracies rule, a killer known as the Skull Man—an actual grim reaper—wreaks bloody havoc on both criminals and grotesque mutants. Journalist Minagami Hayato and photographer Kiriko Mamiya chase the specter, navigating a corrupt underworld and uncovering a shocking secret that has turned the entire city into a tomb. Their quest reveals that vengeance itself may wear the face of a living Death’s‑Head.
