This documentary explores a fascinating phenomenon: the construction of replica landmarks around the world. From a scaled-down Eiffel Tower near Shanghai to a copy of St. Peter’s Basilica in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast, the film journeys across three continents. It examines the architecture of imitation and the strange, uncanny world of these fabricated locations, prompting reflection on authenticity and cultural appropriation.
