Li‑Ann, a dreamy believer in soul‑mates, shuns men—including her best friend KS—until she meets Jeremy on February 29, 1980 while touring Chinatown in Singapore. After he reveals he’s engaged, he promises to meet her at the same place every leap year. Their pact carries them through two decades of longing, heartbreak, and ultimately a leap of faith for love.
