Burned by a bad relationship, aspiring recording artist Adam abandons the “nice guy” routine and adopts a “jerk” persona, which oddly brings a string of shallow hookups. When he meets Molly, whose genuine nature refuses to play along, his confidence wavers and he must confront his cynical dating strategy, sparking a reluctant reevaluation of what he truly wants.
