In 1992, Hurricane Andrew, a catastrophic category 5 storm, batters Gulfport, Alabama, causing widespread destruction. Young siblings Will and Breeze Rutledge evacuate with their father, but their truck becomes immobilized, leaving them vulnerable amidst the tempest.

As the storm escalates, a powerful gust violently topples a water tank, tragically killing the siblings' father. This heartbreaking incident marks a pivotal moment in their lives, leaving Will and Breeze traumatized and orphaned.

Fast forward to 2018, Gulfport prepares for another storm, Hurricane Tammy. The memories of Andrew linger in the community as they brace for yet another challenge from nature.

Casey Corbyn, a Federal Reserve Treasury agent, receives a directive from her colleague, Randy Moreno. She learns that Breeze, now a maintenance worker, and Will, a meteorologist, are needed to fix a malfunctioning generator crucial for protecting cash reserves.

Disaster strikes when Connor Perkins and his team of rogue Treasury agents infiltrate the facility, taking Moreno hostage. Their intentions are clear as they plan to execute a massive theft of $600 million, thrusting Casey and the Rutledge siblings into a dangerous scenario.

As Casey and Breeze try to navigate their way back to the facility, they encounter mercenaries during a fierce shootout. Will, in his storm research vehicle known as the Dominator, rushes in to assist Casey but faces the desperate situation of leaving Breeze behind.

In a harrowing turn of events, Breeze is captured by the mercenaries and forced to repair the generator under duress. This critical moment elevates the stakes for Will, who is now faced with locating and saving his sister.
