Liptus returns from the city to spend winter holidays in the remote village of Kopacevo with his friends Miron and Melita. That night, strange flares and terrified villagers awaken Miron and Melita, who find the trembling boy Halász at the docks, babbling about a white ghost that haunts the fog‑filled swamp. Elders recall an ancient spirit that preys on sleepers, and the villagers lock themselves inside. When Halász is taken to a hospital that cannot help him, the trio decides to investigate, uncover the ghost’s secret, and rescue their friend.
