Gerard, 50, has been unemployed for three years with rapidly dwindling benefits when a job opportunity in Indonesia appears. To impress his future boss, he plans a home dinner, but panic sets in. His wife Colette turns to their neighbor Alexandre, a communication specialist, who accepts the challenge. In just 24 hours Alexandre revamps their apartment, décor, menu, attire and even cultural touches, giving the couple a complete makeover to secure the crucial meeting.
