After fifteen years in prison for a framed drug‑smuggling charge, Teng Piao is released clutching an iron chain and driven by vengeance. He believes his target is the notorious Black Leopard, Lam Fei, but the only clue he has is a black leopard tattoo on the man's chest, leaving him uncertain of his foe’s exact identity. He knows only that the man bears that tattoo.
