There are three kinds of swindlers: the “White Swindler,” who steals money from naïve victims; the “Red Swindler,” who preys on love and captures a person’s body and soul; and the “Black Swindler,” who targets those very swindlers, feeding on the corruption they have built. Kurosaki, once a victim who lost his family, becomes this Black Swindler, hunting only other fraudsters. He is hired by Reiko, whose sick daughter’s money was taken by a conman named Ishigaki, only to discover an even larger scheme that threatens Japan’s economy.
