Frustrated by his constantly dozing students, a teacher teams up with a fellow instructor and an anarchist to wage a campaign against television. Scaling the rooftops of Paris, they apply a specially formulated coating to TV antennas, effectively blocking the broadcast signal and disrupting reception throughout the city.
