The Angels exploded onto Adelaide’s 1970s music scene with the Brewster brothers’ fierce guitars and frontman Doc Neeson’s intense presence. Their anthems—“Am I Ever Goin’ to See Your Face Again,” “Take a Long Line,” “No Secrets”—defined the city’s sound. By 1978 they dominated locally and eyed global fame, reshaping Australian rock from glossy pop to gritty, theatrical guitar power. Maddie Parry’s intimate documentary weaves home videos and unseen photos to reveal the band’s creative brilliance and the internal tensions that tested their relationships while they forged incendiary rock‑’n‑roll.
