Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze

After a significant battle with the Foot Clan on the rooftops, the Turtles find themselves without a stable home. They have to find alternative living arrangements, leading them to stay temporarily at April O'Neil's new apartment.

While staying at April’s place, the Turtles are reliant on pizza deliveries, particularly from 'Roy's' Pizza. Master Splinter provides wisdom and guidance to his young protégés during this challenging period.

During a news segment covering the city's cleanup efforts led by TGRI, Splinter recognizes the initials related to the mutagen that transformed the Turtles into mutants. This revelation sparks suspicion about TGRI's real activities and its connection to their origins.

The menacing Shredder reestablishes his control over the Foot Clan, seeking revenge against Splinter and the Turtles. His thirst for vengeance drives him to plot an elaborate scheme involving the acquisition of mutagen.

To further his evil plans, Shredder kidnaps Professor David Perry from TGRI, coercing him into helping create fierce mutants. The professor's expertise proves invaluable to Shredder’s nefarious ambitions.

The Turtles are discovered by Keno, a young pizza delivery boy, while they are in April's apartment. Intrigued by their backstory, Keno shares crucial information regarding the Foot Clan's renewed enlistment efforts.

Despite Splinter's objections for safety, Rafael decides to team up with Keno. Meanwhile, the other Turtles embark on an adventure to explore a forgotten Subway Station beneath the city.

Professor Perry enhances the mutagen, causing powerful creatures, Tokka and Rahzar, to emerge with brute strength but lacking intelligence. This increase in strength becomes a vital asset for Shredder.

During his infiltration into the Foot Clan, Rafael uncovers that Shredder has survived and subsequently gets captured. He is then used as bait by Shredder, putting him in grave danger.

Keno alerts the Turtles about Rafael’s capture, prompting a daring rescue mission at the Foot Clan's junkyard stronghold. They encounter a carefully laid trap, revealing the depth of Shredder's cunning.

After successfully rescuing Rafael and battling the Foot Clan, the Turtles return to their Subway lair. Here, Professor Perry shares his knowledge about the mutagen and Shredder's plans with them.
