On a blustery, stormy day, Teddy visits his friends. Grummel, the grumpy old bear, gives him an umbrella for the possible rain. Kangaroo mother Mo also lends the umbrella to her daughter Mi, who wants to join Teddy. While jumping, Mi stretches the umbrella and is lifted away by the wind. At first thrilled, she soon wants to return, so Teddy gathers their friends and they devise a plan to bring her back safely.
