A suspense‑filled tale of seven bullets follows young detective Murakami, whose day spirals when a pickpocket on a hot, crowded bus steals his gun. Determined to amend the mistake, he goes undercover, hunting through Tokyo’s sweltering streets for the stray dog whose desperation has pushed it into crime. As the chase progresses, the detective and the criminal become increasingly entangled, forcing Murakami to confront his own dark side.
