Sikandar

In the climax Sanjay — the titular Sikandar — confronts the corrupt minister Rakesh Pradhan, who has been using every ounce of his power to ruin Sanjay’s life for the death of his son Arjun. Rather than resorting to murder, Sanjay simply gives Pradhan a stark warning: his deeds have already been exposed, and the public’s love for Sanjay will protect him. The minister, suddenly faced with a force he cannot intimidate, is left humbled and powerless.

The film’s emotional payoff comes from the three people who received Sanjay’s late wife Sai’s donated organs. By helping a slum boy who now lives with her lungs, a teenage girl who carries her heart, and a homemaker who sees through her eyes, Sanjay restores a piece of Sai’s spirit. He resolves their individual crises—saving the slum from a predatory developer, encouraging the homemaker to start her own business, and steering the teenager away from a toxic relationship—demonstrating that his love for Sai lives on through their renewed lives.

With the minister’s schemes collapsed and the masses rallying behind him, Sanjay’s victory is as much social as it is personal. He walks away from the showdown not as a vengeful avenger but as a philanthropist who has turned personal tragedy into collective hope, ready to return to Rajkot and continue his work for the people. The ending, therefore, is a triumph of self‑less action over corruption, leaving Sanjay alive, unscathed, and more resolved than ever to serve his community.
