Shamshera

In 1871, the Khameran tribe faces caste-based oppression from the Kaza rulers. Shamshera leads resistance, earning a feared reputation that unsettles the empire. The British enter the bargain, agreeing to intervene in exchange for 5,000 gold coins.

The British attack the Khameran tribe with a fortress trap orchestrated by Shudh Singh. Shamshera fights valiantly but is captured in the trap. The rulers demand 10,000 gold coins to spare the tribe.

Shamshera attempts to escape but is shot by guards. He is hanged by Shudh Singh, and the tribe, believing he betrayed them, shuns him. The truth of his alleged betrayal remains buried.

In 1896, a bird saves Shamshera from death. Shamshera appears as a ghost to guide Balli and reveal the truth behind his fall.

With Pir Baba's help, Balli fakes his own death and escapes the fortress. This escape marks the start of Balli's new legend as Shamshera.

A segment of Khamerans hides in Nagina, while Balli, Sona, and Pir Baba plan their move. They adopt Shamshera's legend to loot the rich and wait for the right moment to reclaim their dignity.

During Shudh Singh's wedding to the General, Balli's gang steals gold amid the celebration. One of Balli's younger gang members is shot by Shudh Singh.

Shudh Singh cracks down, confiscating the looted gold. Sona is captured; he attempts to kill her and Balli's child, but the General intervenes.

Balli targets the Queen's Crown arriving at Kaza and steals it, staining the General's reputation. The theft demonstrates Balli's audacity.

Balli negotiates with the General: free the Khamerans in exchange for returning the Crown to the Queen. He returns with the surviving members to the Kaza Fortress.

Shudh Singh defeats British forces and takes credit for returning the crown to the Queen, while failing to acknowledge the Khamerans.

Pir Baba informs the Khamerans of Shamshera's sacrifice, enraging them. They tear open the fortress gates and join Balli to fight for justice.

Balli confronts Shudh Singh in a climactic duel and defeats him. He hangs Shudh Singh in the same manner Shamshera was hanged.

With the fortress defanged and the Khamerans united, Balli leads them toward a dignified life. They ride out with the General as a gesture of balance, hoping for a peaceful future.
