A young boy in Surabaya attempts to bury his father, but a disturbing event unfolds after the traditional Islamic mourning ceremony. During the night following the tahlil, his father’s body mysteriously rises, leaving the house and vanishing into the night. Simultaneously, a resident of Lamongan witnesses a spectral figure walking along the village road—a village burdened by a chilling curse: those who die outside its boundaries and are not promptly returned will inexplicably reappear.
