The film opens with a grim scene featuring Prem Singh, portrayed by Vikrant Massey, who serves as the house help for a wealthy and influential businessman named Balbir Bassi. Prem is shockingly seen dismembering a young girl’s corpse, which immediately sets a disturbing tone for the narrative. The story swiftly transitions to Sub Inspector Ram Charan Pandey, depicted by Deepak Dobriyal, a morally corrupt police officer who is exasperated by the constant influx of cases involving missing children from the slums nearby. Following orders from his superiors, he becomes apathetic and ceases to file FIRs for these cases, allowing the deeper issues to fester.

Amidst this negligence, a gruesome discovery is made when a decaying skeleton of a human hand is found in the sewers of the slum. However, Ram Charan dismisses it as merely the skeletal remains of an animal and, in a troubling display of corruption, offers a bribe to the child who uncovered it. Things take an even darker turn when Prem abducts this boy, kills him, and then dismembers his body to conceal the heinous act. Prem partners with his associate Chote Lal, and together they engage in the sinister business of organ trafficking, enjoying the profits from their heinous operations.

As the story unfolds, we are introduced to a traumatic flashback of Prem’s childhood, revealing a harrowing account of abuse at the hands of his uncle, a butcher who inflicted horrific violence upon him. In a pivotal moment of rage and despair, young Prem attacks his uncle, transforming him into minced flesh, symbolically severing the cycle of abuse.

Fast forward, Balbir Bassi is seen visiting his heavily guarded residence in Delhi, where he instructs Prem to fetch Chumki, who subsequently goes missing that night. Frustrated by the lack of action, Chumki’s father is rebuffed by Ram Charan when he implores the officer for assistance. The plot thickens when Prem attempts to kidnap Ram Charan’s daughter, yet the officer manages to thwart the kidnapping. This alarming incident opens Ram Charan’s eyes to the troubling reality that these missing children cases are genuine abductions, igniting a newfound determination to uncover the truth and protect his family.

The tension escalates when the child of an affluent family is kidnapped, prompting a nationwide manhunt that starkly contrasts the negligence shown toward low-profile cases. In a troubling commentary on societal values, the system’s indifference toward marginalized lives is vividly depicted. Inevitably, Ram Charan files an FIR regarding Chumki’s disappearance, leading to a confrontation with Balbir, who callously refers to Chumki’s father as a pimp. In a rage-fueled altercation, Ram Charan physically confronts Chumki’s father, emphasizing the desperation of a father searching for his lost child.

Under pressure from his superior to avoid implicating Balbir Bassi in the investigation, Ram Charan discovers vital evidence – Chumki’s mobile phone, which has been carelessly discarded by an auto-driver following instruction from Prem. Utilize this pivotal evidence, Ram Charan earns a temporary suspension for not adhering strictly to his superiors’ orders but is undeterred in his quest for justice.

Upon resuming his duties, Ram Charan manages to apprehend Chote Lal, who ultimately confesses Prem’s involvement in the abductions. However, Ram Charan’s relentless pursuit of the truth leads him to discover a disturbing network of corruption when his senior officer, DCP Jawahar Rastogi, portrayed by Darshan Jariwala, colludes against him. The depth of this conspiracy is unearthed when Ram Charan learns that Chote Lal was murdered by hired assassins sent to silence him.

The climax builds as Prem is apprehended and subjected to intensive interrogation, revealing the full extent of his horrendous crimes. He chillingly recounts kidnappings, brutal assaults, and a disturbing enjoyment in the darkest aspects of his activities, while maintaining a cold rationality about the value of his victims’ lives. In the shocking revelation, he admits to Chumki’s abduction and murder, fed by a sadistic desire after she rebuffed his advances. A prison visit between Ram and Prem unveils dark truths, leading Ram closer to shocking evidence that implicates Balbir, only to be met with tragic consequences as Ram becomes a target himself, falling victim to the very violence he sought to combat.

After months of investigation laden with danger, the chaos culminates in Ram Charan becoming reported missing, his fate left hanging as his successor, Const. Bishnoi, portrayed by Mahadev Singh Lakhawat, discovers ominous clues hinting at the dark deeds enveloping them. The film leaves viewers grappling with formidable questions about societal indifference, justice, and the horrors that lurk in shadows, as the plot thickens with each passing moment.
