Popeye’s nephews rehearse a swing piece. After a bedtime story they pray, blessing “all the nice people that come to see their pictures,” then sneak to their instruments; Popeye confiscates all, even piano, to get quiet. The tots turn objects into instruments and start a swing jam; when Popeye drags his bed outside they follow down the aisle.
