In 2006, the rise of electric vehicles was abruptly halted when numerous prototypes were mysteriously scrapped. However, just five years later, they have returned with renewed vigor. This documentary explores the compelling story of their comeback, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the efforts of major automakers like Nissan and GM, as well as the innovative Tesla Motors and independent converter Greg "Gadget" Abbott, charting their resurgence and the challenges they faced.
