Reggie, a wealthy young man-about-town, yearns for excitement and starts prowling the city’s seedier districts. There he falls for a cabaret singer, only to discover she is the lover of the local gang boss. The mobster dispatches his henchmen to eliminate Reggie, which inevitably leads to a personal duel between the two men.
