Following the gruesome events on Caprini, Sharp and his elite, witty, trigger‑happy space Marines are dispatched to the icy world of Mezzo to probe deeper Ma’har activity. There they confront colossal man‑eating snowworms, an underground cyborg city, hordes of lethal alien creatures, and perhaps finally track down the elusive Ma’hars.
