From the writers of Notte prima degli esami, a producer forces Massimo’s band to add an “ethnic” singer for a record deal, courting Jing, a Chinese vocalist uninterested in rock. She pretends to accept to evade an arranged marriage, but as the concert approaches they grow closer, blurring the line between their fake partnership and genuine feeling.
