After a suicide attempt, down‑on‑her‑luck swindler Liz collapses unconscious and is rescued by lonely tow‑truck driver Aiden. Instead of taking her to a hospital, he brings her to his isolated farmhouse, convinced she is the wife who abandoned him years earlier. He keeps her captive, hoping to reconcile, while she struggles to regain consciousness.
