Hikaru's peaceful night of stargazing is interrupted when she encounters aliens Lala, Prunce, and Fuwa. She discovers the Star Palace, once home to twelve Star Princesses who maintained the universe’s balance, was attacked, scattering the Princess Star Color Pens. Lala seeks legendary Precure warriors to recover the pens and restore the princesses. After Fuwa is captured, Hikaru transforms into Cure Star with the help of a Star Color Pendent and Pen. Now, she must collect the pens, rescue Fuwa, and revive the princesses, ensuring the universe remains safe.
