Michał, now a middle‑aged father, is haunted by bitterness, regret and the ache of dreams left unfulfilled. He reflects on the women who shaped his life, especially his first love, Asia, with whom he spent a seaside camping trip at nineteen, two years younger than him. Though he pursued her relentlessly, she resisted until finally yielding, a moment that became for Michał the tiny stone that set off an avalanche of longing and remorse.
