A comedic parody of Apocalypse Now, the film follows health inspector Will Dullard as he drives “uptown” with two companions on a surreal quest to confront Mertz, the proprietor of a meat‑processing shop, under orders to “investigate with extreme prejudice.” The absurd road‑trip lampoons the original’s epic seriousness.
