Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys

A mysterious meteor hurtles toward Earth as it enters the atmosphere. In the moment of entry, it nearly wounds Rayquaza, prompting a tense encounter between the legendary sky guardian and the alien threat.

The meteor crashes into a polar zone, revealing two egg-shaped objects. The purple egg regrows into Deoxys and takes hold of the green egg, marking Deoxys' arrival on Earth.

Rayquaza descends from the ozone layer to engage the intruder, triggering a fierce battle. The clash devastates a nearby research site and traumatizes a young boy named Tory, who witnesses a stampede of Spheal, Sealeo, and Walrein.

Deoxys and Rayquaza exchange devastating blows until Rayquaza fires a point-blank Hyper Beam, destroying Deoxys' body. The purple crystal sinks into the sea, while researchers recover the green crystal to take to Hoenn; Deoxys' body is destroyed but regenerates beneath the waves.

Beneath the sea, the injured Deoxys regenerates and waits for a chance to re-enter the world. The outcome hints at a future resurgence once the crystals are brought together.

Four years later, Ash, May, Brock, and Max arrive in LaRousse City, where block robots patrol the streets. They meet Tory, who has become afraid of Pokémon and lives as a loner. Deoxys, now fully healed, leaves to locate the green crystal being tested in a city lab by Tory's father and Yuko.

In the Battle Tower, Tory is mistaken for a Pokémon Trainer when he faces Rafe and Sid with Ash's Torkoal. Tory struggles to control the Pokémon and the match ends in a loss. He then runs away, but not before rescuing Minun trapped in a trash can.

Ash meets Tory's father and Yuko, and they share a light moment until a mysterious purple aurora signals Deoxys' return. The moment hints at a looming threat and a new chapter for Tory.

Deoxys begins removing the city's inhabitants to search for the green crystal using copies of itself. Rayquaza returns to defend the city as security robots malfunction, forcing Deoxys to generate a power-disrupting force field.

Rayquaza breaches the force field as the green crystal regenerates when Pikachu, Minun, and Plusle power the lab's generator. The battle rages on across the city as guardians and hybrids clash.

Deoxys tackles Rayquaza, but the fully regenerated green Deoxys arrives and transforms into Defense Forme, saving Rayquaza from the attack. The two Deoxys work together, forming a protective stance against the new threat.

The blocky robots overwhelm Rayquaza until the twin Deoxys shield it from harm. Ash and Tory disable the chief robot, freeing the twin Deoxys and Rayquaza to regain control of the city.

Tory falls from the towers while trying to save Plusle and Minun, but is rescued by the green Deoxys. The moment marks Tory's turning point as he overcomes his fear of Pokémon and bonds with his new friends.

Rayquaza, recognizing that Deoxys aren't enemies, flies away peacefully. The twin Deoxys craft green and purple auroras in the sky as a goodbye, signaling a new chapter for both sides.

Tory, now unafraid of Pokémon, bids farewell to Ash and friends at the train station, carrying Plusle and Minun on his shoulders. Ash and the group continue their journey through the Hoenn region, grateful for their new friendship.
