Charlie’s friend Raj is killed by the Russian mafia. At Raj’s funeral, Shaila hands Charlie a CD containing details about a gold train transfer from Russia to Romania. This revelation sets Charlie on a path to pull off a dangerous heist with his mentor Victor Braganza.

Spurred by the CD, Charlie decides to pull off the train heist and enlists Victor Braganza as his mentor. Victor agrees to help with his conman instincts and network. Naina returns from Australia to be with Victor when he is released from prison.

Charlie and Victor assemble a crack crew: Spider the hacker, Riya Thapar the seductress and driver, Bilal Bashir the explosives expert, Sunny the makeup artist, and Ronnie the magician. Each member brings specialized skills for a high-stakes theft. The team prepares for a sleazy but meticulous plan.

The plan centers on cutting-edge distractions and digital misdirection. Spider hacks a Russian satellite system to monitor guards while Ronnie creates an illusion to distract soldiers guarding the gold. The crew rehearses how to move the gold from the train to a secure extraction path.

The robbery is executed successfully on the train traveling from Russia to Romania. The crew transfers the gold while Spider maintains digital control to avoid detection. Charlie calls Victor to celebrate, but Naina overhears and realizes Victor might return to crime despite his promises.

During celebrations, Ronnie reveals his daughter is hospitalized and hopes to help her recovery. Spider then reveals that he learned about the gold from Shaila after seducing her, and he intends to flee with the entire haul. Ronnie makes a last attempt to stop him, but Spider’s plan unfolds.

Spider’s attempt to flee triggers a deadly confrontation: Ronnie is shot by Spider's assassins, and Riya is killed during the pursuit. The group is forced to flee as the mansion is under attack. Charlie, Bilal, and Sunny manage to escape after Spider blows up the location and disappears with the gold.

Spider’s assassins break into Victor's house and murder Victor, removing the original catalyst for the plan. Naina, learning of Victor's death, decides to cut off contact with Charlie. The operation collapses for a time as the players scatter.

Over the course of a year, Charlie tirelessly contacts gold dealers to locate the stash Spider escaped with. The search expands beyond India as rumors of a hidden haul resurface. Charlie remains determined to complete Victor's dream through any means necessary.

In New Zealand, the gang locates a dealer who is in contact with Spider. Charlie explains to Naina that the gang only wanted the gold to fulfill Victor’s dream of building an orphanage, which strengthens Naina's resolve to join Charlie. They discover that Riya is alive and living in New Zealand.

Spider flirts with Naina and brings her to his villa, unaware she is working with Charlie. Charlie breaks into Spider’s mansion in an armored truck to rescue Naina and declares his intention to steal all of the gold within 48 hours. The confrontation tightens the noose around Spider.

Spider tries to move the gold to another country, but the gang uses three large trucks and hacks the traffic system to hide the gold inside three Mini Coopers. They learn that Riya had been working with Spider all along, reversing trust within the group.

A violent confrontation ensues: Riya shoots herself, Spider stabs Charlie, and Sunny and Bilal subdue Spider. Naina shoots Spider three times in revenge for Victor. It is revealed that the real Mini Coopers containing the gold are elsewhere, not in the cars.

The gang escapes with the actual gold hidden elsewhere, but the Mafia intercepts at the border and finds the cars empty. It is revealed that the Mini Coopers themselves were made from actual gold. In the end, Bilal starts a car dealership, Sunny becomes a theatre actor, Charlie and Naina open Victor's orphanage, and Charlie raises Ronnie’s daughter as his own.
