The film follows Paul Watson, the youngest founding member of Greenpeace Canada, whose early campaigns targeted seal, whale and dolphin killings. After Greenpeace expelled him, he founded the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, sinking illegal whaling vessels, disrupting Canadian seal hunts for a decade, and stopping dolphin hunts near Japan. The documentary records his latest non‑violent confrontations with commercial hunters and the governments that enable them.
