A missed highway exit forces magician Darry Marzouki into the path of Irène Montier‑Duval after an arms‑deal scandal with a French minister and Korea. She hires Darry to drive her to Geneva in a BMW he stole from his brother. Pretending to be activists heading to a Locarno summit, they spend days evading pursuers. One finds love, other freedom.
