The film opens with a quick recap of Money, and after 363 days, Chakri, J. D. Chakravarthi, Bose, Chinna, Renu, Renuka Shahane, and Vijaya, Jayasudha, are returning from a tour. They pause at Subba Rao’s dhaba, where he is stunned to see Vijaya alive. He rushes back and consults his former criminal ally, Allaudin, Kota Srinivasa Rao, via the family lawyer, learning that he has one more chance to secure the property after Vijaya’s death. Subba Rao orders Allaudin to wipe out Vijaya, a plan Allaudin postpones.
Meanwhile, a charming young woman, Sudha, Surabhi, becomes a new appointee in Vijaya’s company, and Chakri loves her. The police remove Khan Dada, Brahmanandam, to a mental asylum, but he escapes and seeks revenge against Chakri, with moments of chaos and humor along the way. Parallel to these events, Durga, a fearsome crime lord, and his cousin Chitra visit a film theater just before a planned attack. Yadagiri, Uttej, the singer of the famous “Nizam Pori,” meets Chitra and is instantly drawn to her.
The plot thickens as Sudha is revealed to be defrauding Vijaya’s company, aiding Allaudin to carry out his schemes. Allaudin, driven by self-interest, double-crosses Subba Rao, prompting Allaudin to order Subba Rao’s death—though Bose and Chakri manage to shield him. Subba Rao reappears as a reformed man, and Vijaya greets him with warmth. He also sheds light on Sudha’s true nature, which Chakri quickly recognizes and rebukes her for trying to turn his affection into a tool for money.
Sudha then claims that her brother Brahmaji, Brahmaji, the loyal sidekick of Allaudin, has been incriminated and seized, revealing Sudha’s manipulation. Chakri, aware of Sudha’s real intentions, helps Vijaya clear her ally, and a police raid hits Allaudin’s den. Yet Allaudin escapes and abducts Subba Rao, triggering a frantic sequence in which the entire team bands together to rescue him. Khan Dada finds some respite in the asylum as the chaos unfolds around them.
In the final act, the team triumphs over Allaudin, and Khan Dada rests peacefully in the asylum. The story concludes with Allaudin reduced to begging on the streets, delivering a blunt, memorable reminder of his money-driven world with a final call: Money Money Money.
